Email is the way to reach the site, and messages are answered personally. There is no support queue and no call centre; there is one person.

Company registration

HapnGo is currently run by an individual, not by a company. A company will be registered after the first sales. When that happens, its name, registration number, VAT number and registered address will be published on this page, and the legal pages will be updated to name it.

Until then, no company name appears anywhere on this site, because none exists. Anything claiming otherwise did not come from here.

The servers are located in the European Union. As part of running the service, the host keeps standard server access logs — IP address, browser user agent, timestamp and requested URL — for security purposes, typically for up to 30 days. This is described in full in the Privacy Policy.

Content and copyright

The news section shows headlines and short summaries taken from publishers' own public RSS feeds, refreshed hourly. Each item names its source and links to the original article. Copyright in those headlines and articles stays with the publishers. Their appearance here is attribution and referral, not republication.

Publishers who want their feed, or a single item, removed should write to hello@hapngo.org. It is done promptly.

The guides in The Journey, the tool write-ups, the daily briefings, the site design and the code are the operator's own work. Short quotations with a link back are welcome; wholesale republication is not.

AI disclosure

The Daily Briefing is written with AI assistance from the day's headlines and reviewed by the operator before publication. It is labelled as AI-assisted on the page. Interface translations into the site's other languages are machine-assisted and reviewed. This is stated openly to meet the transparency expectations of Article 50 of the EU AI Act.

Advertising and affiliate links

Advertising, where it runs, is labelled "Advertisement". Paid placement is labelled "Sponsored". Some outbound links to tools are affiliate links that may earn a commission at no extra cost to the buyer; they carry rel="sponsored" and a visible note. Accuracy and liability

News and tool information may be out of date or wrong, and prices belong to the vendors and change. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, tax or investment advice. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, and mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their content is their operators' responsibility.

Corrections

Mistakes get corrected. Write to hello@hapngo.org and a correction is made within two working days and noted on the page itself.

Law and disputes

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence remain unaffected. Please contact the operator first — most matters are resolved by email. You may also contact the national consumer body in your country.
